What is the difference between a stick built home and a modular?
The difference between a stick built home and a D&D modular home is that our homes are built inside a controlled enviornment. What is the difference between a mobile home and a modular home?
The difference between mobile and modular homes is; modulars are built to BOCA code (same as stick built homes), mobile homes are built to HUD code.
What does a modular home cost?
D&D HOMES, LLC is authorized builders of Keiser Homes. Our pricing is comparable to stick built homes. The prices on our homes vary greatly depending on what each customer puts in their house. For more information please give us a call.
Does D&D HOMES service the area I am building in?
We sell homes primarily throughout Maine & New Hampshire, but are expanding. Call to find out if we can build in your area.
Can D&D HOMES give us financing?
D&D HOMES does not proovide financing, however we work with local banks and mortgage companies to help our customers get the financing needed.
Does D&D HOMES have land-home packages?
